The problem

Advertising without solid data is not marketing. It's gambling.

Most businesses lose money because they cannot see which part of the spend brings revenue and which part only burns it. Clicks go up, impressions go up, the reports look tidy, and the bank account at the end of the month tells a different story.

None of this is an agency mistake, it's a problem with the system. Without a system, even the best ad has nowhere to scale.

5 problems I find in 9 out of 10 accounts I take over

  • 01

    Conversions are not tracked

Clicks get counted as “conversions”, while real sales and leads go unrecorded.

  • 02

Bidding strategy does not match the goal

Maximize Clicks on a sales campaign instead of Maximize Conversions.

  • 03

    Optimization run on guesswork

“This looks like it works” instead of decisions grounded in numbers and clear signals.

  • 04

    No structure for testing

Everything changes at once, so nobody knows what made the difference.

  • 05

    No plan for growth

The campaign sits on the same budget for months, with nothing set up to scale it.

How I work

I don't run campaigns.
I build a system that brings in revenue.

An account manager's job ends the moment people land on the site. Mine doesn't. If the site doesn't convert, my result is bad, no matter how the traffic looks. I watch the whole picture.

01

Measurement before anything else

Before a single dollar goes into an ad, it has to be clear what gets measured and how. I set up GA4 and conversion tracking across every channel: paid, organic, direct, email.

02

Strategy before execution

Every campaign has a job inside a bigger system. I don't build campaigns so a brand can “be present”, I build them against a number: how many conversions, at what cost, at what return.

03

Test first, then scale

Until we find a winner, a campaign, an ad, an audience, an offer that genuinely works, the budget stays where it is. Once there is a winner, we scale it hard.

04

Profit, not clicks

Clicks and impressions look good in a report. ROAS and ROI pay the bills. Every decision comes down to one question: does this change bring more profit or not.

Services

3 tools make one system

Google Ads, Meta and GA4 do not work in isolation. I connect them into one system where the parts feed each other data and keep tuning themselves.

01

Google Ads

A channel that delivers conversions predictably

Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and YouTube. I build new accounts or rebuild existing ones, aiming at higher ROAS and ROI, not at a budget that simply gets spent.

02

Meta advertising

An extension of the system, not a replacement for it

Facebook and Instagram campaigns for sales, lead generation and brand growth. I use it where it genuinely pays off, not everywhere “everyone else is”.

03

Google Analytics 4

The foundation under every decision we make

GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup. Accurate conversion tracking, behavior analysis, and links to Google Ads and Meta, so every data point carries business value.

How we work together

From the first call to scaling: 5 steps, no improvising.

Every new account goes through the same tested routine. Click a step, or use the arrow keys.

Step 01 of 05

Reading the current state

1–2 hours

What I do

I go through the site, the existing accounts, the state of measurement, the competition and the market. I find where the money leaks out and where there is potential nobody is using.

What you provide

A link to the site, and access to any existing accounts (Google Ads, Meta, GA4).

What the system actually delivers

Three concrete examples from different industries. Nothing dressed up: the numbers are real and so are the situations.

B2B video production (UK and USA)
$750k

in revenue in the second month of working together

Before0 leads / mo
After32 leads / mo

A video production company selling to large corporations. No system in place, and an aggressive plan for growth.

Month 1

Starting budget £10,000. Few leads in the first two weeks, then volume picked up after day 15: 18 leads by the end of the month, 2 deals closed, £50,000 in revenue.

Month 2

We opened the USA market and raised the budget to £15,000. 32 leads, 4 deals closed, one of them worth $500,000. Total revenue for the second month: $750,000.

Scaled to $750,000 in revenue in 60 days, across the UK and the USA.
Clients

Not everyone is a fit. And that's fine.

I filter early. Better to work out in the first conversation whether we suit each other than to spend months finding out.

  • E-commerce businesses that want a sales channel they can predict
  • B2B companies generating leads and closing large contracts
  • Local service businesses (car rental, towing, movers, auto repair)
  • Startups entering the market with a clear product
  • Owners who understand that growth takes months, not days

If you are looking for someone to run campaigns and send reports, there are plenty of good agencies out there and I am not the right choice for you. If you are looking for a partner to build a system that keeps growing, let's talk.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much budget do I need?

It depends on the format (Google or Meta), the industry and how crowded the auction is. The number gets set properly only after the initial research into your business and your competitors, not before.

What does your service cost?

Management starts at $900 per month and goes up with how much work the account actually needs. I charge for the work I really do, no more and no less. The final number is set after the initial research, once I can see everything that has to be done.

Do I have to run Google and Meta at the same time?

No. The best way to decide which one comes first is research into your business, your competitors and the market. Only then can anyone say which channel will bring a result first.

How long until I am first on Google?

Wrong question. Being first on Google does not automatically mean being profitable. The goal is not the position, the goal is profit. For some it takes a couple of hours, for others two years is not enough, and neither of those decides whether the advertising pays off.

We have run paid advertising before and it was not profitable. Why would it be with you?

I can answer that properly only once I see what you ran and how. The initial research I do on every new account makes it clear whether a profitable channel exists for your business at all. If the answer is no, I will tell you so directly.

Do I get reports?

Yes. Monthly, quarterly and yearly as standard. Weekly reports make no sense for most businesses: too little data, too much noise. If weekly reporting genuinely fits your business, we do it.

Why am I not selling even though I am first on Google?

If you really are first, and that is easy to check inside the Google Ads account, the problem is not the campaign. It is the site: people are not convinced you are the right answer to their problem, so they keep looking. That gets fixed with CRO and a better offer, not with more budget.

Is more sales the same as more profit?

No. If you only want more sales, drop your prices and sales will go up. If you want more profit, the advertising has to account for every cost (product, shipping, returns, platform fees) before a target can be set at all. I work toward profit.

Can we run Google Ads without a website?

Technically yes, you can send people to other sites carrying your offer. In practice it is a bad idea, because you have no view of how people behave and no conversion count. No site means no system, and no system means no long term growth.

How can I tell how much my competitors spend on Google Ads?

The Google Ads account has a tool called “Auction Insights” that shows every competitor bidding on the same keywords, their impression share, average position and more. It is a standard part of every analysis I run on a new account.
